Job Description
Join ABS International as a Branch Manager in Karachi, Pakistan, in a pivotal full-time role requiring leadership and commitment from Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for branch growth and expansion.
- Lead a team of over 50 banking and fintech professionals.
- Effectively manage the branch’s profit and loss.
- Ensure adherence to SECP and SBP regulations.
- Implement programs aimed at customer retention.
Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of leadership experience in banking or fintech.
- An MBA or degree in Finance is preferred.
- Thorough understanding of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic decision-making abilities.
- Must be willing to work evening shifts.
