Job Description
Future Tech, a respected mobile phone brand expanding its presence in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a motivated Service Logistics Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will facilitate effective communication among our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring a smooth after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of mobile devices.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries and returns.
- Maintain customer communication regarding phone status.
- Work closely with logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Record all incoming and outgoing devices systematically.
- Generate and distribute delivery and service status reports.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of logistics or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
