Job Description
Brickclay is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Telemarketing Specialist to join our vibrant team. In this position, you will conduct outbound calls, generate leads, schedule appointments, and successfully close sales for our clients. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, fluent in English, and adept at managing a high volume of calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Promote company services by providing tailored solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, confidently addressing inquiries.
- Schedule meetings or demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience, preferably with UK or USA campaigns.
- Exceptional spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred.
- Availability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
