Job Description
Xeosol Private Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic and self-assured Female Sales Associate to enhance our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Clearly explain product features and pricing.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
- Process transactions at the POS effectively.
Requirements:
- At least a Matric qualification; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Preference for candidates with sales or customer service experience.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Must exhibit professionalism and a polished appearance.
