Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to address customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, have at least an intermediate or graduate level education, and be fluent in Urdu with intermediate English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer queries via WhatsApp.
- Clarify messages and resolve customer issues.
- Confirm orders and keep customers updated on their status.
- Promote products and boost sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Intermediate or Graduate
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu, intermediate in English
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
