Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager to direct our air freight operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that we deliver timely, cost-effective, and high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily air freight and sea operations.
- Negotiate competitive rates with airline carriers.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address operational challenges.
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Ocean Freight, 2 years in Air Freight, and 5 years in Freight Forwarding.
