Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Female Operations Manager who will enhance our salon’s efficiency and elevate our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage salon operations and coordinate staff activities.
- Ensure outstanding client service and satisfaction.
- Train and mentor salon personnel.
- Oversee schedules, inventory, and daily reporting.
- Professionally address client inquiries.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience is preferred. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, organizational capabilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
Location: M M Alam Road | Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
