Job Description
AA Exchange (Private) Limited is on the lookout for a motivated Admin Officer to enhance our operational efficiency. The successful candidate will ensure seamless office administration by overseeing maintenance, cleanliness, and inventory management of office supplies. This role involves supporting staff coordination, which includes tracking attendance records and facilitating the onboarding process for new employees.
Key responsibilities also encompass organizing employee records, managing vendor relationships for repairs and supplies, and ensuring adherence to company policies. A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position, which is based in Islamabad F-7 Markaz.
