Job Description
FSC Integrated Services (Pvt.) Ltd. is currently looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Phone Banking Officer at a leading bank in Pakistan.
Location: Saddar Cantt, Lahore
Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree (official transcript or degree required).
Experience: 0-1 year preferred.
Age Limit: Applicants must be 32 years or younger.
Gender: Male candidates preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance to customers over the phone regarding banking inquiries and transactions, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in basic computer applications.
