Job Description

About Us: A-list Communication, located in Lahore, is a premier provider of professional communication and dispatch services. We are currently looking for a dedicated Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to improve our operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV systems.
• Dispatch security personnel and respond to incidents as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs and generate reports.
• Communicate fluently in English with clients.
• Track patrols and provide timely updates.
• Prepare handover notes for the next dispatcher.

Requirements:

• Prior dispatch experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong telephone etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Valid CNIC is mandatory.
