Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and employee engagement, alongside a thorough understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records as well as databases.
- Assist in creating and refining HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide essential HR support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
