Job Description
Fashion Flare, a rapidly expanding fashion retailer, is on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to fill the position of Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce Clothing Store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
- Address and resolve issues related to customer orders.
- Lodge complaints with courier logistics when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Open to both experienced candidates and newcomers.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Location: DHA Phase 1, Karachi
