Job Description
We are pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Quality Control Executive within the BPO sector, situated in Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
Work Schedule: 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday) | Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
Salary: Up to PKR 70,00
Qualifications: Recent graduates or those with an ADP/Graduation, accompanied by a transcript. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in quality control; male candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor calls and chats, ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP), provide constructive feedback to improve customer experiences, maintain quality control reports, and address training requirements.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
