Job Description
Hurak, a prominent EdTech company with over 12 years of expertise in compliance training, is expanding its global presence and is in search of a motivated Customer Support Representative.
Position Title: Customer Support Representative
Timing: 12:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Job Type: On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Oversee class management and operational duties.
- Provide effective and timely solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Preferred 1+ years of experience; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Starting at Rs60,00.00 per month.
