Job Description
A.A Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is actively looking for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Supervisor Maintenance for our upcoming Mega Mall project in Karachi.
Position: Supervisor Maintenance
Qualification: B.Tech in Electronics
Experience: 4-5 years
Salary: Rs. 60,00 to Rs. 70,00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Perform routine maintenance and address technical faults promptly.
- Demonstrate expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Oversee maintenance tools and ensure proper inventory management.
- Monitor expenses and enhance safety measures.
- Maintain schedules and provide regular updates to management.
- Be on standby for 24/7 emergency duties.
