Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a disciplined and experienced Security Manager to lead our security operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for project management and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective security measures.
- Oversee access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide staff training.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Retired Major or Lieutenant Commander from the Pakistan Army, Navy, or PAF with a minimum of 25 years of service.
- Proficient in security management and MS Office applications.
