Job Description
Ghani Ceramics Ltd. is looking for a committed Human Resource Officer to become part of our vibrant team. In this position, you will support a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations.
Your primary responsibilities will encompass facilitating interviews, maintaining accurate employee databases, managing payroll information, organizing training sessions, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least three years of HR experience. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and HR software are required.
