Job Description
Telelinkz is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Inbound Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage inbound calls, transforming inquiries into sales by accurately understanding and addressing customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers through phone conversations, gaining insight into their requirements.
- Inform customers about our comprehensive telecom products and services.
- Foster strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Aim to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Eligibility Criteria: Applicants should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and availability for the shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Competitive salary of Rs 120,00 plus uncapped commission.
