Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Executive to oversee the complete payroll processing cycle. This role entails ensuring accuracy, adherence to statutory regulations, and timely disbursement of salaries.
Key Responsibilities: The Payroll Executive will manage monthly payroll processing, maintain payroll records, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries and benefits.
Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 1-3 years of experience in payroll or human resources. Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
Salary: Starting at Rs70,00.00 per month for a full-time in-office position.
