Job Description
Hamson Inc. is actively searching for a dedicated IT Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, documenting, and tracking user complaints, effectively classifying and prioritizing issues in our Complaint Management System (CMS), and providing fundamental troubleshooting for hardware, software, operating systems, and networking problems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, possess a foundational understanding of IT concepts, and be familiar with helpdesk systems. Additionally, a good knowledge of IT security principles is crucial for this role.
