Job Description
Robust Support & Solutions is looking for a dedicated Live Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi, specifically in PECHS, BLOCK 6. This full-time role requires availability from 10 AM to 7 PM CST (8 PM to 5 AM Pakistan time), six days a week.
Key Responsibilities: Your key duties will include managing inventory processes, processing refunds and discounts, providing technical support, monitoring shipments, and compiling reports.
Qualifications: Applicants must possess proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, along with strong organizational skills, problem-solving capabilities, and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or customer support are essential.
Compensation: The monthly salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs60,00.00.
