Job Description
RissoX is seeking a skilled CRM & System Administrator to manage our brokerage CRM and facilitate its integration with MT5 and other platforms. This critical role encompasses the oversight of client onboarding, compliance processes, financial reconciliations, and back-office operations, ensuring system security and operational efficiency.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining the brokerage CRM, supervising KYC/AML compliance, managing client deposits and withdrawals, and generating comprehensive reports on fund flows and trading activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional support and uphold operational excellence.
