Job Description
Salah Travels is looking for a motivated and confident Travel Consultant who possesses exceptional communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, able to cater to international clients, and willing to work night shifts. We welcome fresh graduates to apply; however, previous experience in sales or customer support is a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements for Hajj & Umrah packages.
- Engage professionally with clients through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Convert leads into successful sales by following up and managing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Preferred experience in sales or customer service (minimum of 3 months).
