Timings:
2pm to 11pm
Summary:The Communications Specialist at MCG Technologies will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication initiatives to strengthen both internal and external messaging. This role involves leading communication training programs to enhance leadership and team collaboration and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful communication across all departments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and conduct communication training sessions for employees across all departments while leading initiatives to enhance leadership and team communication skills.
- Collaborate in new hires’ onboarding process to create tailored communication training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communication to ensure training content remains relevant.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain a cohesive approach to client communication and support.
- Structure manuals, guidelines, and resources to facilitate ongoing and future communication training(s).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in organizational or business communication, such as the Certified Communication Professional (CCP) or an equivalent certification, are highly preferable.
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in training related to customer-centric communication, preferably within the telecom or IT sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in communication training, with the ability to coach others in effective communication practices.
- Workplace Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and within a team, coordinating with multiple departments, and Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams or projects.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS tools is preferred.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
