Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our library team. The successful candidate will support the Library Manager in overseeing daily operations, which include staff management, organizing library events, and ensuring an exceptional patron experience.
Key responsibilities will consist of staff supervision, event coordination, collection maintenance, and delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be instrumental in promoting literacy and fostering community engagement through a variety of programs.
The ideal applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in Library Science or a related field, complemented by strong communication and leadership skills. Previous library experience is preferred.
