Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking a dedicated Collections Specialist to efficiently manage the recovery of payments from clients while ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage client payment collections.
- Assess and review overdue accounts regularly.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-10 years of experience in collections, real estate, or banking is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
