Job Description
NATURETECH PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dedicated IT & Systems Manager to oversee the implementation of our ERP system, manage database security, and deploy various project management tools. The successful candidate will ensure seamless IT operations, provide troubleshooting assistance, and conduct training for staff to support our digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ERP implementation and customization process.
- Manage secure databases while ensuring data integrity.
- Configure and optimize project management tools such as MS Teams and Jira.
- Offer technical support and facilitate user training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT systems or ERP.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.
