Job Description
ENCS Networks is looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the Director to provide essential support to our senior leadership in daily operations. This role involves managing administrative functions, fostering engagement with internal and external stakeholders, and facilitating the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to the Director.
- Coordinate the Director’s calendar and arrange meetings efficiently.
- Prepare and refine documents, including reports and presentations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Director and various stakeholders.
- Manage confidential information with utmost discretion.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
