Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to join Techforge Innovations (Private) Limited on a full-time basis in Gulistan e Johar Block 15, Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will manage key HR functions to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent within our organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, managing payroll systems, supporting performance management initiatives, and organizing employee engagement activities.
Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of HR experience, a solid understanding of HR processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with HR software.
The position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
