Job Description

We are hiring a Dialer and VoIP Support Executive to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for telecommunications, expertise in VoIP technologies, and hands-on experience with dialer systems, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain VoIP systems, ensuring seamless communication operations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot dialer systems for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to resolve VoIP and dialer-related issues in real-time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve the efficiency and reliability of VoIP services.
• Monitor call quality, analyze data, and suggest improvements to enhance system performance.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and vendors, ensuring smooth integration with our VoIP services.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in VoIP and dialer system support, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of SIP, RTP, TCP/IP protocols, and networking fundamentals.
• Familiarity with major VoIP platforms and dialer systems (e.g., Vicidial, Asterisk, FreePBX).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage issues under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with VoIP billing platforms and call routing strategies.
• Knowledge of STIR/SHAKEN compliance.
• Certifications related to VoIP technologies or telecommunications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+).
