Job Description
The Qadri Group of Companies is actively seeking a passionate Performance Management Specialist to develop and oversee our Performance Management System (PMS). In this role, you will partner with department heads to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) align with our business objectives. You will also facilitate PMS cycles and conduct training sessions on related processes.
Key responsibilities include analyzing performance trends, recommending improvement plans, and ensuring transparency in evaluations across all departments. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
This is a full-time position based at Canal Bank Izmir Town, Lahore, and requires on-site attendance.
