Job Description
This position serves as the primary contact for customers through phone, email, and chat, handling orders, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding service.
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Minimum qualifications of O Level/A Level or equivalent.
- Able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive, customer-focused demeanor with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
