Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customers with outstanding debts.
- Contact and monitor debtors to encourage timely repayments.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate payment plans with debtors to ensure resolution.
- Investigate discrepancies to resolve outstanding accounts promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in the collections and recovery management sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Clear and persuasive communication abilities.
- Proficient negotiation skills.
