Job Description
Horizon Technologies is actively seeking a committed Customer Service Executive to manage customer inquiries across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will respond to customer queries with professionalism, handle returns efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Process returns and refunds effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery.

Requirements: 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce.
