Job Description
Canon Home Appliances is currently looking for a professional and approachable Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will greet and assist walk-in customers, accurately document their concerns, and provide vital information about our services. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized reception area and facilitating effective communication between customers and our technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service
- Accurately record and manage customer complaints
- Address inquiries promptly
- Keep an updated complaint log
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
