Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated FTTH and GPON Project Technician to join our team in Sargodha. The ideal candidate will possess 1–2 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for daily monitoring and execution of FTTH and GPON projects. Key responsibilities include managing the transport network through the Network Management System, notifying personnel of alarms related to Transport Network Elements, and diagnosing fiber faults in collaboration with field staff. Proficiency in using testing equipment such as Optical Power Meters, Laser Sources, and OTDRs is essential. Additionally, the technician will maintain service records in the Transport Network and assist vendors with hardware issues, as well as perform scheduled maintenance and ensure optimal temperature in equipment rooms.
