Job Description
The Kashif Iqbal Thalassemia Care Center is looking for a qualified and driven HR & Compliance Officer. The ideal candidate will ensure our adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and the regulations set forth by the Sindh Healthcare Commission, while efficiently managing HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and oversee the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with SHCC standards and regulations.
- Assist in recruitment efforts and foster positive employee relations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in HR and compliance, preferably within the healthcare sector.
