Job Description
Indus Motor is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Manager in our Manufacturing Division. The ideal applicant will have 8-10 years of relevant experience and a proven track record in developing and implementing maintenance systems. Key responsibilities include managing PLCs and instrumentation, overseeing spare parts management, promoting continuous improvement through TPM and lean practices, and enhancing our Training Center.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication abilities.
