Job Description
We are looking for a personable, organized, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. You will oversee front desk operations, manage incoming calls, welcome visitors, and provide essential administrative support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally greet and welcome all visitors.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue badges as required.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
