Job Description
3 & Four Technologies is actively seeking a dedicated Human Resources Coordinator to enhance our daily HR operations. This position involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, benefits administration, and ensuring that HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee job postings, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate communications.
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
