Job Description

The Falaknaz Group is in search of a proactive HR Executive to lead our recruitment initiatives, manage employee relations, and optimize workforce performance. The role entails overseeing recruitment processes, resolving conflicts, implementing performance evaluations, and administering compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial capacity.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, with on-site work requirements.
