Job Description
Esire is seeking a dynamic and skilled Female Fashion Designer (BFOQ requirement) to elevate our online apparel sales. This position will primarily focus on product fitting and size evaluation, especially for women’s leather jackets and garments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fit testing on female models.
- Review and standardize size sets for optimal fit.
- Collaborate on the development of size chart standards.
- Propose modifications to address fitting issues.
- Ensure consistency in quality and sizing.
- Analyze and compare competitor fits.
- Assist in advancing women’s fashion styling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design (preferred).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing your work.
