Job Description
Help In Need is looking for a skilled and motivated HR & Admin Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR department with various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and administrative duties.
Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating recruitment initiatives, maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring adherence to labor regulations.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of HR or administrative experience, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
