Job Description
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Walee Technologies is seeking a motivated Jr. Customer Support Associate to join our growing team in Islamabad. If you are passionate about assisting customers, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to work in a dynamic fintech environment, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide assistance with loan eligibility and application questions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff members.
- Maintain professionalism in all forms of communication.
- Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor social media channels for customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Urdu.
- Tech-savvy and well-organized.
- A positive attitude and a keen desire to learn.
