Job Description
SS Scientific System is in search of a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide crucial administrative and executive support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will excel in managing schedules, drafting correspondence, and facilitating interdepartmental coordination while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks and secretarial duties
- Manage scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Urdu
