Job Description
MB Technology Pvt. Ltd. is on the lookout for motivated and confident individuals to fill the role of Medicare Verification Specialists for the night shift. This position offers a competitive starting salary of PKR 60,00. In this vital role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to verify customer information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound verification calls.
- Understand customer needs and deliver accurate responses.
- Maintain detailed records in our database.
- Promote additional products/services when applicable.
- Exhibit a professional and customer-focused demeanor at all times.
Qualifications:
- One year of call center experience (Medicare/ACA experience preferred).
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer skills required.
