Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team in Model Town, Lahore. This is a full-time, office-based position with a potential hybrid work option. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and the salary range is PKR 100,00 – 115,00 per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR operations, focusing on recruitment and onboarding.
- Implement HR strategies and manage payroll coordination.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 5 to 6 years of HR experience in engineering or technical sectors.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
