Job Description
Winnors is excited to announce an opening for Night Shift Customer Service Representatives at our on-site location in Johar Town, Lahore. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our calling team. In this role, you will make calls to prospects in the U.S., follow a structured script, and transfer interested callers to our senior sales agents. No previous experience is required as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to U.S.-based prospects
- Follow the designated script
- Transfer interested calls to senior sales agents
- Maintain basic call records
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Shift & Benefits: Full-time from 7 PM to 7 AM PKT, offering a competitive salary, commissions, and performance incentives.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
