Job Description
About the Position: We are looking for a results-driven Assistant Sales Manager with experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector to oversee sales operations in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will manage field teams, drive revenue growth, and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead and mentor Field Sales Officers.
- Develop and execute strategies for market share expansion.
- Manage relationships with distributor networks.
- Analyze and report on sales performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2-4 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
