Job Description
Zeta Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Executive NOC to ensure seamless network operations. The successful candidate will manage shift activities, resolve technical issues, and oversee provisioning and routing tasks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring messaging traffic, handling customer complaints, executing requests, and providing technical support, all while adhering to company policies and KPIs. Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in SIP, SMPP SMS protocols, and Linux is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role. This position is based at our Corporate Office in I-9/3, Islamabad.
